Travelling to Australia I read a book by Byron Katie about a child scared of a monster under her bed. 

This served me as a mother as well as a person, and while living in Australia I learned more attending courses, workshops and co created The Work groups.

It has been one of the most meaningful tools for me to come into peace with myself and my personality as well as family and the world.

I am Swedish and live in Sweden where I love to meet others and do The Work, among others in The Scandianvian Summer Camp.
