My name is Meli, I live in Karlshamn, Sweden.
I’m not sure how I came across Byron Katie and The Work. I believe I found Katie's books at the library and read them.
Some years later I started doing The Work with a friend and haven’t stopped since. It has been a blessing in my life!
The Works brings me to peace and clarity when I am lost in confusion and suffering.
